There is no sales team and no intake form to fill in. The reply comes from a senior engineer, not from an account manager.
What To Include
An inquiry is easiest to answer well when it says:
- What the product does and who uses it today.
- Where the code lives, and whether we can be given read access to the repository.
- What is blocking you right now: a launch, a scaling problem, a failed security audit, or technical debt that has made changes too slow.
- Your timeline and the budget range you have in mind.
With that, we can usually tell you in the first reply whether we are the right fit, what the assessment would cover, and roughly what it would cost. Pricing is fixed and agreed upfront once we have assessed the work, so there are no hourly surprises.
